Plan Goals

• Develop and define the plan's presence on Facebook and Twitter to strongly enhance the business relationship with clients and users of the platform.
• Bringing the company's business in a clear, transparent, straightforward and non-intrusive.
• Develop a multi-channel communication and interaction between the company and users.

Channels and web media

The Presence Plan is based on the development of the following channels and online media:
• Corporate website: available from the company's own content, with links to the channels and media which are listed below.
• Facebook Page: specific plan presence at the most popular social network to publish content and establish a channel of communication and conversation with customers, as well as additional features.
• Count on Twitter: Twitter presence plan to publish the contents and as a means of disseminating news and offers from the site.

Facebook Plan. Basic applications

• Wall: starting point and find the contents provided by the company and users.
• Information: corporate data and contacted the company.
• Photos: publishing and business management and users
• Video: video publishing and management by users.
• Events: creation, management and dissemination of events generated by the company or by third parties that are of interest.

Facebook Plan. Specific applications

• Static FBML: to add features and content by creating a tab on the menu bar, fully customizable, allows a "landing page" for visitors who are not fans of our page.

• Content Management:

- Research and content generation, text and multimedia performance of their own, and search and capture of foreign content that may be of interest.
- Publication Content: adaptation and publication of content generated by the main site of different online channels.
• Moderation and Chat. Moderation of comments made by users on various platforms, channels and media, particularly Facebook page and Twitter account.
• Analysis, Monitoring and Active Listening: analysis of data (number of followers, comments, interactions, publications, etc) using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and Hootsuite to know the level of acceptance of the company's presence in each of the channels and media created.
